When living in London, Neals Yard Remedies was my first foray into natural skincare. Today it still remains a treat to pop into the flower enclosed courtyard that houses Neals Yard.
With The Neals Yard timeless blue packaging and natural scents, its worth the small walk from the tourist center of Covent Garden.

Customer Reviews: Mixed reviews on Neals Yard.
My Review: I found this is a fairly ok deodorant. An emergency buy in Waitrose when my normal natural deodorant ran out, I was pleasantly surprised. It smelt lovely to put on and I did not smell body odour unless I was being active. It was fine for a day working from home and had a lovely scent, but no good for any activity or out in public. I tested it out on a day out in London and my body odour was apparent to me by mid afternoon.
Everyone sweats differently and scents/oils do react differently with a persons PH levels so I can only presume that is the cause of the bad reviews. When you sweat your PH mixes with the scent of the deodorant and the scent changes. It suits some and not others.
It comes in a beautiful blue recyclable glass bottle. I would imagine it would be lovely used straight from the fridge on a hot summers day!
What I like: The packaging, weighty, solid, recyclable and a roll on. Had not realised how much I had missed using a roll one. One swipe and done with no finger washing or fiddling with packaging. I love the scent as I am particular to Rose & Geranium.
What I did not like: It had too many ingredients for me. I have used some great natural deodorants, some with only 3 ingredients. I do not understand the need of 23 ingredients.
Where to buy? £8 Neals Yard Remedies and some Waitrose’s
*This deodorant was paid for by myself and as always I have written an honest review.
